How do Starter and the free trial work?
Starter is $29 a month, billed when you sign up, and includes one full audit every 30 days. If your first audit isn't useful, email us within 30 days and we refund the month. Professional starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card but are not charged until day 8, and you can cancel anytime before then from your dashboard. During the trial you get the full product: unlimited re-runs, score tracking over time, and report history, so you see exactly where you stand before your first bill.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no hoops. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
What if the report isn't useful?
On Starter, email us within 30 days and we'll refund your first month. On the other plans, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. We're confident the report will show you something actionable, but if it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.
