• Company name, website URL, industry, and target buyer details you enter when ordering an audit
• Email address and password when you create a customer account
• Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number

Information collected automatically:

• Basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) via standard server logs
• Your IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention

2. How We Use Your Information

• To run your Competitive AI Audit and generate your report
• To create and manage your customer account
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, report delivery)
• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate RootACE. Each is bound by their own privacy policy:

• Anthropic — AI model API used to generate audit analysis. Your company data is sent to Anthropic's API to produce your report. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. anthropic.com/privacy

4. Data Retention

Audit results are stored and accessible through your customer dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@rootpartners.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (we never store plaintext passwords), and access-controlled data storage. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@rootpartners.co.

6. Cookies

RootACE does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We use browser localStorage solely to maintain your login session. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Your Rights
