These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rootace.ai and the RootACE Competitive AI Audit service (the "Service"), operated by RootPartners LLC ("RootPartners," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.
RootACE provides AI-powered competitive visibility audits. When you purchase an audit, we use synthetic buyer persona simulations across multiple AI platforms to analyze how your brand appears in AI-generated search and recommendation responses relative to your competitors. You receive a written report including an AI Visibility Score, competitive analysis, and a 90-day action roadmap.
Reports are delivered digitally and accessible through your secure customer dashboard. Results are based on AI platform responses at the time of your audit and reflect conditions as of that date. AI platforms change continuously — scores and competitive positions will shift over time.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars.
Snapshot audits ($299 one-time): Because the audit runs immediately after purchase and the analysis is delivered digitally, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an audit has been initiated. If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery, contact us at support@rootpartners.co within 7 days and we will re-run your audit at no charge.
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. Notify us immediately at support@rootpartners.co if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
Your audit report is yours to use for your business purposes. RootACE retains all rights to the underlying methodology, scoring model, simulation framework, and platform technology. You may not reproduce or redistribute the report commercially without our written consent.
The RootACE name, logo, and brand are trademarks of RootPartners LLC.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, that audit results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI platform behavior is inherently variable — results represent conditions at the time of the audit and are not guaranteed to predict future AI outputs.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any technical failures promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RootPartners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business decisions made based on audit results. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RootPartners LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the effective date above and notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
